Yes. Haylo Contracting Ltd carries liability insurance and works within the permit and inspection requirements of the City of Spruce Grove, Town of Stony Plain, and Parkland County. For new home construction we build to the Alberta Building Code and coordinate the required Safety Codes permits and third-party inspections. We are happy to provide proof of insurance and permit documentation on request before your project begins.

Because we handle both custom home construction and smaller projects like decks, fences, flooring, and painting, we can be your single contractor from foundation to finishing.
